I can help you to get contact with your inner spiritual support group. We all have own angels, beings from light and masters who are just waiting for to guide and teach us. Fist focus on your heart... Then visualize/think about that we are totally one with everything as a living vibration of God.

Feel how your heart center is one with God's heart.
Feel how your imagination is one with God's perfect imagination.
Feel how your thoughts are one with God's mind.

God's imagination is so perfect that it creates a vibration that creates your physical form. You are nothing but God and still you have an ability to experience separation from God. You have an ability to experience yourself as a small human being. You have an ability to experience yourself as a soul. You have an ability to experience yourself as an individual person. As an individual person, because of separation you have an ability experience the glory of God, the love of God and the greatness of God. And when you experience this, you create it! God created man in his or her own picture.

Focus your attention on your physical body.
Focus in your heart.
Feel Mother Earth under your feet.
Allow your heart to align with the loving heart of Mother Earth.

When ready, return to your daily consciousness.
